Break
Enjoy Spring fun! Spring break is an exciting time for families, with Western
entertainment along with fun activities such as scavenger hunts, sack races,
cow chip tossing, and roping contests.
Easter
We have a big Easter egg hunt every year. Little ones can also participate in
special craft activities.
Fourth of July
Everyone has a wonderful time with our fireworks display along with various
pool games and activities. Lots of summer sizzling fun!
Memorial Day and Labor Day
During these weekends there are lots of activities around town and on the
ranch. Bandera has parades, gunfights, crafts, and Western booths, along with
lots of food!
Thanksgiving
Let the Silver Spur Ranch entertain your family during the Thanksgiving
holidays. We'll do all the cooking for a wonderful Thanksgiving feast with all
the trimmings. Bring your family for an unforgettable Thanksgiving adventure
and memories that last a lifetime.
Christmas
We are closed on December 24 & 25 so that we can spend time with our families,
however, our festively decorated ranch is just the place to celebrate the
season with your family. Enjoy special holiday desserts and goodies. We also
have special holiday packages for groups wanting to visit us for their company
parties.
New Year’s Eve
Ring in the new year at our New Year's Eve Bash at the Silver Spur Ranch.
Celebrate with a band, dancing, hors d'oeuvres, champagne toast and party
favors. End the evening with a delicious breakfast buffet. Open to everyone!
Cowgirl’s
Weekend
A special horse clinic package filled with fun and a western atmosphere. For advanced, beginners, and intermediate riders. Minimum age is 11 years; maximum weight is 220 lbs.
Groups wanting to have a special and unique weekend for friends, employees, clients or others at the Silver Spur, can reserve an event for just the day or include overnight accommodations of their choice exclusively (upon availability of course), when they make a reservation for 20 or more
